As a child, I learned to become different versions of myself in different spaces: quiet and careful at home, lively and open at school. Years later, I carried that invisible weight into adulthood, across countries and into motherhood, until I finally began the slow and difficult process of healing — through distance, reflection, and learning to set boundaries with the people I love most.
